It's a sunny day - guess where Neko is. She did have to come inside for a bit because it was so warm, but then I opened up the screens so she's back in the solarium. She gets so much sun that her pantaloons and lower side are almost cinnamon color. I can even see some tabby stripes in the brown.

Happy Friday everyone. It's almost the weekend and it's supposed to be quite warm here.

Sasha would absolutely LOVE your solarium. She is such a sun worshiper and heat-seeking missile. Minka has recently started hanging out on the sunny window sill in the living room - maybe being so skinny makes her cold?
We hit 80 yesterday, with more of the same expected through the weekend. So much for my little bit of Spring.

Lovely start today, Neko. Are you headed for the lagoon? Cinco's there (finally), so you'll have company.

I was looking at a catio that is for summer only. It has 4 walls and roof made from pet proof screen and we can just put it up over our patio outside.
Its a little expensive but I think it would be great if the kitties didn't find their way out.

Nothing beats a nap in the sunshine. Any rowing competitions this weekend, Wendy? We can see real melt on the lakes beginning. I think it will go fast once it gets going. Can't wait!!!

Yep. Cats and sun. Mine follow the sun puddles on the floor as they move throughout the day. And, of course, the window sills make great toasty spots.
