I was so saddened to learn of Shadow's passing yesterday. He and Raja and Pat were one of the first LL members that welcomed Mannie and I way back when. Shadow was one of Mannie's first buddies. I can still remember the day that Shadow invited him to a full moon party he and Raja were hosting in sunny FL. It was Mannie's first party, such a rookie he as back then. It was there that he met Chef Stu, Tess, and so many other kitties. The world lost a wonderful kitty yesterday. Fly free Shadow. Please say Hi to Mannie for me when you arrive at the Bridge. I so know he is waiting for you.... with open paws and a warm welcome.Be sure to visit your mamabean, and your sister too. Raja misses you something fierce. So does your mamabean. Send her a sign so that she knows you made it, all is well, and you are happy. We will always remember you Shadow. Never ever to be forgotten.

Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Bug and Lola are exhausted from I dunno! but they still want to be working today too at PawPrints Pizza, so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! Kinda cool huh! They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! What will that be.... I dunno! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. Our day started out pretty much as they always do... one of Nicholas famous waffles and berries breffis, and bacon, sausages (new!)and oranges. I love these mornings, such a grand just hangout together time, Nicholas will at times share some of his fuds with William. Nicholas says his breffis is much better. I have to agree with him on that one. ;-) William gets pureed veggie fruit whatever, yesterday his mom sent pureed sweet potato (NOT BAD!), some berries, a few crackers or cheerios and milk. As always we watch one Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, play a game or two on the Kindle, and then we are out the door. What a day! We went swimming yesterday in the morning, and managed some dry weather park time in the afternoon. Awesome day! here's what I wrote about the day in last night's post: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been one of the bet. We have had alot of fun today - wooHOO! We made 52 under mostly cloudy skies. Rains were off and on, but the did give us a break about 12:30 or so so we could be out for some outdoor time. YaHOOOOOOO! It has been a great day here. The energizer fishie swam in the morning, per the norm. We almost got in that swim test, but not quite. At least he is sorta SORTA warming up to the idea. I learned today that there will be no big pool time for him once summer session starts, unless he does lessons... oh boy what a catch 22 it all is. SO I really hope we can get him on board with all of this, soon, It is tough to convince a three year old that all of this is mega cool. He voes to swim, but really isn't sure that lessons are wonderful. Anyways- he had fun today, all the usual fun things, once again swam back and forth in the big pool on his own. They had brought in a bunch of beach balls in the beach area, so we played with those alot. He had a blast with that. Good day in the pool, and we did a little over two hours. He wanted to go the the new playground we found last week after the pool, and since we did have that weather break I figured why not? The pool weather was windy and rainy, and Meadowdale Park, a mere two miles away, it was calm and overcast. LOL: worked out for the better. They have a glide line there, aka a zip line, that he got to try this time too. Wow - what fun! LOL: I will feel that tomorrow. It required I get him started and keep him going, all 40 pounds of him. Can we say Phew! Took them both home for a well earned nap after all of that. Been a great day. And back at it tomorrow. :-D"

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Its like they know the day after I have the boys that the bean is mega tired, so they chill out more than normal. Good Kitties! Once again Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Quiet rules here this morning. I have written this so many times, but it still holds true: the mornings here are my some of my favorite times with the kitties. Stay this way today kitties. It is so quiet there this morning. We all had a great day yesterday - even the kitties. They have been extra cuddly, and extra good.None of them are too thrilled with the return of our rainy weather. Lola in particular. She goes from window to window and voices her opinion rather loudly. MEOW! Elsa goes to teh slider, looks out, and then sulks, off to her bed. Bug just goes to nap and doesn't even look out, psychic that one. ;-) Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. The weather her is predicted to be very wet and rainy today. So... I will let the Activities Director pick the days activities. What will it be? The Aquarium? The Science Center? Kid's Museum? I dunno... and the suspense is killing me, :-D    I will try and get to condos when I can.... I am sorry I missed everyone yesterday. I did get the subject lines read though... thinking of you guys!

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

Sounds like a wonderful day...those boys keep you hopping! You're getting closer with the swim lessons - fingers crossed Nicholas agrees to the test soon! I am sure he'll LOVE it once he starts, but I totally understand his uncertainty at the moment. We all know he's going to leave a huge mark in the world of swimming - his love for the water is amazing.

Have a great day, Michelle!

Morning Amy ~O) ~O) ~O) It was a good one yesterday - and I so agree: they do keep me hopping! ;-) I think so too on Nicholas - he will love lessons once he lets himself get there. He cans till be a bit shy and apprehensive about things that are "new". I think he will too - he just loves the water, and I don't think that aspect will ever leave him. THX on today - should be a great one.

Sounds like a good day yesterday and a nice morning so far today! I agree, once Nicholas get's over the fear of lessons there won't be any stopping that kid, and I am sure william will not be far behind :-D It's nice to hear the kitties are letting you relax for a few this morning though I'm sure it won't be long before lola is up at and at 'em! I'm heading out of town today so I hope you guys have a great weekend!

Morning Devon ~O) ~O) ~O) Yesterday was great! I so agree too on Nicholas, once we get pass ed that fear factor all will be very good. I think so too on William. he wants all that he big bro does. oh yes on Lola.... waiting for the next "LOLA!, stop that!"

Morning Michelle, that was a beautiful Tribute for our sweet friend, Shadow. So sad to see him leave us, but all our GA kitties will be waiting to welcome him. We, too, were greeted by Pat & Shadow in the beginning days. I needed extra pushes from Pat to get the pm checks. I so remember that and what fun with the Full Moon parties.
I'll have to go back and look at the pics. I love following along on FB, but a nasty stomach virus got ahold of meyesterday, yuck! Anyway I caugh the zip lines, how fun. Are you sore today? Have a great day today with Nicholas and William. I can't wait to hear about the burger camping today in the car.
Hey Elsa, I'll take five pizzas, and thank you ever so much for all the coffee today. New neighbors are already waiting.

What a sweet tribute for Shadow. Sad day in LL.

What a day again huh? I hope Nicholas decides that lessons would be cool. He will have to decide that for himself though. Nice on the zip line. Fun stuff. Have a great day Michelle!

I too hope Nicholas will take the swim test and get to take lessons soon. He'll have a blast once he does.

I love each kitty's reaction to the rain. That just shows their different personalities.

Hi Everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well here, been very busy! Weather here has been rains most of the day. Sprinkles the rest, with not one bit of sunshine. Except for maybe now when it looks like there may be a few rays out over the sound. Thanks goodness we all have rain slickers! We went to the Science Center today, and had a great time there, even though I had to try and keep Nicholas moving if we were to have any hopes of being able to spend any time at WhirliGig, a bouncy house/slide event which was out afternoon stop. Funny first thing he wanted to see was the butterflies. He really likes going through with the field guide and trying to figure out which ones he looking at. That is fun, makes him take a good look at what he is seeing. Anyways, nice time there, spent with the usual things we do there: dinosaurs, music, water and just plain earning how things work. I wish I could say the same about WhirliGig. OMG, I think all of Seattle's kids were there, plus with it being a free day the place was PACKED. Nicholas was so excited to be going. It was unfortunate that it was on kid overload, as it was a bit overwhelming for him, and frustrating, as he really couldn't do anything. The lines to each of the the "rides/Bouncy houses" was horrific. A good 20 minutes per thing, if not more. He was in tears by the time we got through one line, as he just didn't quite understand what the deal was, and why he had to wait to play, and why I couldn't come in those houses to play with him. so....after a few attempts at some of the stuff, he was bawling and asked to go, so we did. sheshhhh! We spent the rest of the afternoon walking the center grounds and looking at all the plants, sculptures etc. That he loved and was one ahppy kid again. It would have been fine if it hadn't been so busy... lesson learned I guess. Other than that, great time with the boys. LOL: William slept through that whole chaos thing. You gotta love it. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrows condo.

Hi Ann ~O) AH THX on what I wrote for Shad-O. I so remember him form ay back. And yes all the GA's are there waiting, so many knew him. I remember the banter between you ad Pat, and Raja. Gosh that was good back then. I am sorry that ti was Shad-O's time. Bummer on your virus!! I so hope you are feeling better! The zip lines were FUN, and surprisingly I am not sore! No worries too on the burger camping - tomorrow night is the night, and I too am looking forward to it, and Nicholas making sure I don't forget the cupcake. :-D
Auntie Ann! You gots it - five it is! You have new neighbors? COOL! I will make sure that Paw Prints Pizza does their best. See you!! ~~ Elsa, KBP

Hi Melissa ~O) THX, Shad-O was one of the first kitties I knew here. I so remember those early days. I owe Pat alot... THX on yesterday - it was fun. I do too on Nicholas. It is so hard to convince a three year old that somethings will really be a blast. But you are right - he has to decide that this is a go for him, anything else just isn't fair. His choice, and if it's a no for now on the lessons, then that is OK too. oh yes on that zip line - he had such fun with it.

Hi Carla ~O) THX, I hope he does too,a s I know he will have fun once he gets it going. me too on the kitties - they all have their own opinions - really kinda fun to watch their reactions.
