4/17 Leda AMPS 110, +2 96, +3 97, PMPS 110, +2 99, +3 93 first vacation dose

Yesterday we got lots of good advice on setting a vacation dose. Today I started by taking Leda down to 0.75 (from 1.25u) as the likely vacation dose. I probably could have stuck with 1unit, but he's been a bit unpredictable around these doses in the past.

Responding from yesterday's thread.

Does he have a reliable appetite? As in, can you be confident that he'll eat as normal when you're gone? If so, I think I'd just drop to 1.0u.

If you think that he might be iffy, then I'd probably reduce to 0.75u.

Either way, I'd also want to have some food left for him. Do you have an autofeeder for him?

Leda generally has a reliable appetite, but can forget to eat if the food isn't brought to him. He does have an autofeeder, and the pet sitter will be stocking it up each day. 1 unit would probably be fine, but out of an abundance of caution I'm going to try 0.75. Thanks for the advice and experience!
