Just to be on the safe side, I shaved the dose for both the AM and PM shots, and reduced the Mellit by one drop each feeding. I'm finding myself making choices between aiming for slightly lower numbers and actually getting work and sleep accomplished, sigh. We'll see how it goes from here.
