Hi everyone,
Bear is back up to 1.25U now. I did have a question. His nose was very crusty and had a little bloody crack when I first got him. Once his infections cleared up his nose got better, but still always looks a little dry and that bloody crack has remained. I was looking at his nose up close today and it looks like it's also getting more brown. Maybe I'm looking too closely, looks like in other pics it's always been a little brown.
Should I be concerned? And is there anything I can do to help heal the cut? I've been using Vitamin E oil but doesn't seem to help. Pic is below, you can see the cut on the right side.

I see that cute face and nose.....
I could only guess he will lick off most things applied to the nose? This could be nothing,,, (what a bad answer right? ) and something that will clear up as he progresses..... I hope someone else may have some good advice. xoxox
. As the moderators say, know thy kitty, you are the best judge of unusual behavior. I'm quite sure proper hydration would have a big impact on a unregulated kitty right? (like when you rescued him)
