Yesterday's Condo

Posting late today... Willie and I had some serious btb time... he finally came around at +4 to excavate me! It's cold and dreary this morning, and with a heated mattress pad, my bed was warm and cozy. So, bed won out over farmer's market. My hair boy was able to squeeze me in today for a cut and color, so off to do that in a few minutes.

Thinking that the 145 was a bounce off of last night's lovely low cycle, but it is already cleared. He also had quite a bit of Grammy's Pot Pie, though his +6 snack was BG, which helped. That's what he's getting today as well, and I'll probably start mixing that withraw tonight to get him back to eating that. Heavens, that boy does love his GPP, though. Very glad that I bought an entire case, though contemplating returning it to Petco to switch out the 5.50oz. cans for the 3oz ones. Less going to waste that way. It has been two weeks since we have seen yellow!! (antijinx) Tonight is cycle 10 on this dose, then I have to decide where we go from there. Hoping maybe he'll just earn a decrease and make things easy??

Nice cycle setting up there Willie.

Oh...heated mattress pad...I jealous. Course with Attie being the Sasquatch cat I doubt I'd get a piece of it. We did battle last night over the thermo blankets.

Willie is looking great today! And I'm sure you will be looking marvelous too with the haircut -- it is amazing how something as simple as a shampoo and haircut can make us feel so good. Good luck with the decision about the dose decrease.

Mamabean now is a megaredhead with bright copper streaks!! I love it!!

Looks like Willie may be making my dosing decision easy tonight *fingers crossed* number might even actually be low 50s or 60s... first poke was a 60, then did a do over. Mixed some GPP with the BG to give him some support. Stopped by walmart for new syringes and some special kitty pouches, and got some new purebites from petco along with some of the Blue Wilderness foods. Hope he likes them! He was SO excited about the new bag of purebites. We get the dog treats because it is a bigger bag and I'd rather just break apart the bigger pieces for him. He was trying to get his head into the bag!! :shock:

Going to run out to CVS so I can be back by +1! We may have a busy night in store!!

Attie is the same way about the Pure Bites....loves them! And we bag the doggie bag size too.... :lol: :lol:

Hi guys, Willie is looking great! Christie your hair sounds fabulous. I too have a heated mattress pad and the kitties and I LOVE it very much. It certainly does make it hard to get out of bed on those cold mornings. I hope that Willie will earn a decrease tonight but I hope it's not too much of a ride for ya tonight. Purebites are heaven in this house...dog-sized bags here, as well - we were burning through the kitty bags way to quickly!!

Wille is rockin' it!!! So nice on the btb cuddle!!! Esp if the weather is yuckus. Hope your hair appt went well and you came home with non-purple hair...of course, unless you like purple hair. :lol: :lol:

I don't think you were in LL when Mike made up hiphop names for Tobey and Gracie. Gracie's is "G Squig" and Tobey's is "T MO" (mostly because it looks like he has a black mohawk in the middle of the back of his head). :lol: :lol:

GREAT numbers!!! We get the dog-size freeze-dried treats, too. Rusty loves the Whole World turkey and Whole World chicken. Oh, Grammy's Pot Pie! I haven't dared feed it to carb-sensitive Rusty, but Stu loved it when I had to intervene to stop one of his dives. I still have quite a few cans of it saved for when they might be needed.
