hi all,
decided to open a condo today....praying for those who have lost their kitties and also for those kitties who are unwell....

AMPS 184
+6 70

we are at 3.5F.....i have not increased it just yet...

this week my neck is extremely tight and sore....so i can only be on the computer for a short time before it starts to hurt again....so i have visited few condos thru the week....trying to keep up with what's going on....sorry if i have not visited your condo

Rocket seems to be holding it still....very vocal in the morning still....and this morning more so as his bean slept thru the alarm at his +9 to feed him....so he woke me up at 4 am....shot time is at 5:30 am....tried to video tape him or at least record his howling to me....he is eating fine....alert...sociable....he does get tired very easily....but for the most part he likes being close by wherever i am....except from 1:30 pm-4 pm he likes to be by himself tucked in a corner in the living room...he gets his privacy there....i let him be...

hope everyone is doing well today with their kitties....

i have not updated his SS for a couple of days now....will try to do so tonight....

Hi guys, looks like Rocket is doing well and Claudia, I'm sorry to hear about your neck. I would love to see some video of Rocket howling. I'm sure that's a site to see. :-D Have a great weekend and I hope you feel better.

Claudia, So sorry you are feeling badly!! Hope it gets better for you-Rocket is doing great numbers wise!!

It is good that he wants to be close to you--Better than being in the tub!
I am still praying for you both--Moonie has some sort of infection, maybe her feline acne, she is on ab's--

Claudia, good to hear from you about Rocket! Would LOVE to see a video of him--keep trying, ok? I hope your neck gets better. Have you ever tried those Therma Care heat patches for that? I love em, and they really help.

Claudia...good to see your condo today. I'm glad Rocket is holding steady and I'm sorry you've been in pain. I hope you get to feeling better really soon and can get the soreness out of your neck. Did you injure it or could it be stress tension??? Sending healing vines.

surprised by that number.....

each time i try to tape him in the wee hrs it's in the dark but when he hears the darn camera being turned on he stops...then i wait to hear the howl but then the darn camera turns itself off then i gotta turn it on again and he hears that beep so he stops again....i wished i had a 24/7 camera recording....this morning he was loud.....demanding his food

no injuries on my neck and yes i do have homemade heating bags i pop in the microwave and when i get sore i put it on....i think it is mainly from being on the computer long periods of time looking for a job...yes...now that i see Rocket is somewhat stable...i have been poking my head back to looking and it has become a job looking for a job....even if it's part time....

that's where the sore neck is coming from....so the last few days i go on the pc for short periods of time....

thank you for your well wishes and words of support....it really means a lot to me.....

Hi Claudia, Rocket sounds so much better than a few weeks ago. Keep up the good work! I hope your neck is better soon. Did you see the links for the "Still Point Inducer" that I posted about a week ago? My DH got one and it has helped his neck/back a lot. Here they are:

Claudia, thanks for making our anniversary condo one of your stops, when your visits are on a physical "budget."

I have dealt with lots of computer-related pains. No fun. I hope you find the patch or the pill or the exercise ( :-x ) or therapy that makes it better!
 
Claudia, Rocket sounds like he is doing pretty well today and I am looking forward to hearing his "howl" if he will ever let you capture it. I am so sorry about your neck pain. I have had chronic neck pain for years and it is not fun. Hopefully, yours is just a little soreness from the computer and will be better as soon as you rest it a little. Rest is key to feeling better. Let me know if you need any other advice on what to try if it is not better soon.
