Ripley had a great Birthday yesterday ~ thanks for all of the Birthday Love! Because we had most of the 'celebration' on Sunday, it kind of turned into a 2-day event. Lucky kitty. LOVED kitty. cat_pet_icon

Ripley is doing great today.
I'm not sure where that +2 number came from last night ~ fuds spike? (I swear I didn't really feed her cake! :lol: ) Or perhaps she dropped low while I was at work (she was 65 at +8.5, and her nadir is usually between +5/+7) and maybe that +2 was a little bounce... This morning was her 3rd fattened dose. If she's 'low' when I get home from work again, I may bring her dose back down to an even 1.25u... We'll see...

I'm looking forward to some of Mannie's coffee today. This bean watched too much news last night and had a hard time sleeping. Keeping those affected by yesterday's events in Boston in my thoughts. So sad. :sad:

I'm also sending vines and love to Mr. Mannie today and ((Michelle)). :YMHUG:

Hi guys .. so glad to see ripley back down to some lower numbers .. Watching the news yesterday was indeed very sad .. what a scary world we live in ..

Well, I guess I'll keep the the f1.25 until further notice (or lower readings on the meter, as I shouldn't assume anything :-| ). I wish there was a BG microchip and we could detect numbers remotely... maybe someday.

I work for FDA - what you are thinking of is not too far off! Sensors are getting smaller, and so many more devices have wireless and are connecting to mobile phones. Medical devices and social media is a huge new area!

Yeah... and let's party! But we can't promise that Ripley won't eat a little green cake!

I'm first in line for a device that we can use like a scanner....

I S-s-o-o-o-o very much desire a medical tricorder.... just like in Star Trek!!! :lol:
