well no surprise @Wendy&Neko you were right - she broke her bounce and we saw some greens last night! I'm wondering if she's heading back for a little bounce again today/tomorrow.

How has Nellie reacted to your removing Fortaflora from the feedings? One of my kitties really was hooked on that stuff but I heard they changed the formula and he's hasn't really been into it after that.

Honestly she’s already had a more regular BM and it’s been less than 24 hrs since she last had it, leading me to conclude that it actually makes her diarrhea worse not better. Makes sense now that I know it has chicken and pork by products and she’s allergic but irritated at myself because I thought I was helping her! Need at least a day or two more of not giving it to her to be sure it was the probiotics.

Do you use the fortiflora to entice her to eat or as a probiotic?

A little bit of both as we try out new foods, particularly novel proteins. But her appetite is fine.
