Had a great night last night--happy surf in the 60s. Breffis was all gone before I left for work today--they were hungry! Usually there is a bit reserved for later, but not today. Both boys had a good time in the windows last night--we had a great breeze and it hit 80 yesterday.

And to answer some posts from yesterday: CD, the re-eating has happened, but I've never seen it happen. The other morning we got to it before either one of them could think about it. And Marvie, no, the quilt wasn't ruined, thankfully. I think my mom would have killed me and/or the cat if it had been! It's just gross to find that on your bed!

So.......provided Max holds his numbers steady through the weekend, we will be chewing on Monday. :mrgreen:

Wishing you a weekend of greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen numbers and gorgeous weather! I was outside for a bit planting some stuff that I almost let sit too long. Hopefully it'll take off. The neighbor is watering his lawn a lot right now so it's keeping that bed nice and damp for the new plantings. I love it when someone else does my work for me :mrgreen: I love this time of year when it's nice enough to have the windows open. So do the kitties. Thank goodness I have more windows than kitties because on days when they are open there's a cat in them.

It's called a Zoom Groom made by Kong. Gives a good Kitty Massage too. :dizcat
 
Yay nice day for Max!!! OMG Monday huh? Whew crazy, soooo happy for you guys!!! Hope your weekend is full of greens and you start stocking up on that gum!!!!
 
Thanks Ann! Do they sell those at Petsmart, or do I need to order it from somewhere? It looks like it might not irritate Max's skin as much as the other brushes I've tried. And just maybe Truman will let me use it on him too!

And Marvie, the funny part about the windows is that if we're outside, and the kitties are inside (front declawed, they can't come out w/o a leash), they will both squawk and howl at us, and beg to come out too. They are quite vocal--the old lady across the street says she hears them often when she's outside during the day if our windows are open! :lol:

Now all of us will be biting our nails all weekend to know what is happening
right.
You could to borrow someones internet and let us know.

Randi-- :-D I would love to borrow someone's internet to let you know! I do have Caryl's cell number in case I get into trouble, but I hate to bother her right now with all she has happening with Alex. If you'd like to volunteer to be the news poster for me, I'd be happy to have your number and text his numbers to you. ;-)

And yes, I think Max 1 and Max 2 would be lovely--certainly better than The "other" Max. :lol:
 
Yes, big thank you to Randi (& Max!) for helping us to post this weekend. I can't honestly see his numbers reversing at this point, but you all know how it goes...one day things are fine, the next they're questionable!

And YAY for being able to keep Randi and Max around for a few more days! :lol:

Yes, this should definitely be interesting to have one Max posting for the other one. :lol: :lol: I'm already excited about coming to work Monday to see how it goes! :mrgreen:
 
Mindy and I have a system in place. I left the office before we could get
me set up to update her ss so we will post in the condo.

Mindy's Max PMPS was 70 and she will report her BT check to me in the morning.
It's cool being a surrogate. :-D
 
That's pretty awesome. See, this is why I love this place. When I left for Easter, both the emergency contacts I left for DPS were members. I specifically said "Do not call the vet, call this person first then call this person" Now we have surrogate posting to keep the other forum members up to date.

The Maxes are doing great! Tugger is already enjoying the party... gave me a nice +2. Parties always bring him down (in the good way!)
