Lulu`s back in the green. I took this reading just before giving her lunch at +5, she had brekky 5 hours ago.
 
Since switching Lulu over to all wet food (Apr 2), she has had diarrhea more often than not. My other two seem to be okay and they were switched over at the same time as Lu was. I checked and she`s not dehydrated, she seems to be fine, full of catitude, good appetite. I've been sprinkling a probiotic on their food, hoping that will help. Poor little girl just went rushing full speed down to the LB, I feel so bad. Any suggestions, or do you think a visit to the vet is in order?
 
When Furball has loose poo, I mix a teaspoon of canned pumpkin into her food twice a day until it gets better. If you decide to try it, just make sure it is only pumpkin in the can. Some add other ingredients.
 
Is it Fortiflora you're giving them? Sometimes I couldn't tell if it made things worse with punkin or not.

As Carla says, pumpkin helps a lot of kitties regulate their stool. Its fiber helps with both diarrhea and constipation.

Lulu's spreadsheet is looking great. Just fantastic, in fact. She's settling in and it looks like she may be reducing/stopping bouncing and going all green. Cheering her on!
 
Yes, it`s Fortiflora we`re using. I`ll pick up some pumpkin at TailBlazers (healthy food for pets store) tomorrow.

Tonight I am going to set the alarm for 11 p.m. so I can grab a +4 PM reading. Thanks a bunch for the encouragement and help.
 
You can use people canned pumpkin, just make sure it isn't pumpkin pie filling with spices. Some people buy the can and freeze it in little dollops or ice cube trays, then add one to the meal. My punkin didn't like it, so i didn't use it. I figured he thought it was a bit cannabilistic. ;) :rolleyes:
 
Lol, of course Punkin wouldn`t eat punkin :rolleyes: My GA Puddin wouldn`t eat pudding.;)

Thanks for the suggestion After dinner, I`ll take a trip to the grocery store for some pumpkin, the pure stuff with no additives.

Right, I forgot to remove it. Lulu`s PMPS is still in the green, yay! I will definitely be doing PM checks tonight.
 
Lulu`s PM +4 has risen into the blue (fur shot maybe?), so I guess it`s safe for me to go to bed.
