Yesterday's Condo

Gabby was very sweet this morning. She will rarely (very rarely, like almost never) climb on to the pillow next to me to snuggle and get belly and ear scritches. That's what she did this morning. She was a bit oppositional about breakfast. She just did not want to be eating while Gizmo was there and hunkered down under the dining room table for a bit. She sauntered into the kitchen in her own sweet time. (I know -- she's a cat.)

Ohh I love it. An oppositional kitty at breakfast time. Just letting you know who is in control. (as if you needed that reminder)

that reminds me of Lucy, when she jumps up on the couch and burrows and purrs and cuddles for about 10 minutes, then turns around and slashes my hand. :roll:

Will you be doing any daytime checks today? The last two days look like 4/10 and 4/11, so I'm curious if today will be like 4/12. Really it's just curiosity, it's probably too soon on this dose to see that, but this is Gabby so you never know.

I'll be home until +3.5 and I'll get a check or two in. I'll be gone the rest of the day and probably not back until around +10. I agree -- Gabby's numbers look like the dose is settling in a good way. I was very pleased to see the blues last night.

You've been getting such nice numbers lately!! Hope today is just as good as this week has been!

Talk about a vocal kitty today. I got yelled at for being in the shower. I got yelled at a few minutes ago for who knows what reason since her numbers weren't dropping. I guess Gabby just has something to day. Of course, the rolling around on the floor with her catnip 'nanner may have had something to do with it!!

Sounds like you and Gabby are having a good morning. That catnip is like a really fun kitty drug, LOL. I hope Gabby brings you the numbers you want today.

Gabby was yelling at you to hurry up and get out of the shower so she
could zoom off for Max's party today.
Did she at least check herself in the mirror, not that she has too.

I know so many people are involved here in helping us all get through everday with
our kitties and your devotion is not taken for granted.
You touch all of us with your knowledge, kindness and compassion.

I hope to get to Chicago soon so that we can really meet.

Nice day for Gabby, what a treat that she climbed in bed with you!!! What a funny kitty she is with Gizmo! Come on Gabby hit some blue for mama!

Looks like today is starting to be a great day for Gabby...who is taking her name literally and gabbing up a storm!! Glad you got some snuggles this morning...that ALWAYS means the day will be good!

Now this is really interesting. Gabby got a snack, about a teaspoon of FF, at about +9.5. Her numbers dropped 100 points between then and PMPS. I'm delighted at this number. Of course, I just got a call from my sister who decided to cancel an international trip 'cause she wasn't feeling up to spending 14 hrs on a plane and, since she decided to do this at her layover in Chicago, is spending the night. It's likely to be a busy night on several counts.

Nice drop - I think! Will your sister stress her out or help drop her down.

BTW - DH attacked the frozen raw with an oyster shucker and a meat tenderizer (hammer and wedge style). Worked well but our oyster shucker probably won't hold out. I will see if I can find a small wedge to use (as in a new one)

Better brew the coffee for your sister and yourself with that 112 Sienne.
Good thing your sister cancelled cuz not too much is flying international.
