Higher AMPS than usual but maybe from him going to a lower nadir last night? I also gave him a tiny pill pocket before testing so not sure if that would have any effect.
He ate wonderfully last night and this morning, although I did give ondansetron before both times. Not sure why the day to day variations.
Last night he had his usual harder poops, but then right after he had a softer pudding like one. And of course he stepped in it while scratching to cover it and made a huge mess, just as I was getting ready to lay down and sleep at 12:30am
Wiping off his paw resulted in another battle wound lol. I think i'll reduce the miralax today.
I haven't heard back from the vet about scheduling the ultrasound, ill call later. I hate to stress him out with testing that might not show anything since his symptoms are relatively mild, but I think it will help ease my mind. I'm just a little worried that the results won't be cut and dry, such as "possible mild IBD". I guess in that scenario the treatment plan would be about the same as what im doing with meds when needed?
