The Condo o' yesterday 04/14

Skooter had a good night and was a bit anxious to get his fuds this morning. He is now sleeping/snoring/resting comfortably on the bed.

Today at work starts out with two hours worth of meetings (yay!) But we are having a team lunch today, which will be super fun and nice.

I have to get going early today as the first meeting is at 8 am sharp (who in the hell schedules a meeting right at 8 am?!)

Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with @milosmommy s --- Milo and Meredith as we wait for Mr. Milo to wake up from his pain meds/anesthesia. I will be checking in frequently to see the updates.

I am just utterly heartbroken over the news of Milo. So sudden and so sad. I will continue to send many prayers, vines, and love to Meredith and her family. I just can't even imagine what they are going through. I am happy that Milo has given his family a sign that he made it safely to the bridge.

Skooter seems to be doing well. I am headed over to my sister's house to help dog sit for a bit, as my sister and her husband got word that the birth mother of the baby they will be adopting has been induced. They live like an hour or so away, so they are headed down there to wait and next time I see them, it will be with my brand new nephew! Several years ago they were going through the process of adopting internationally, which fell through after their first trip to Russia (they met their soon to be son and spent time with him). So they are keeping this one pretty quiet. So I can't post anything on FB, but I can post my excitement here!

I hope everyone has a great night, and remember to give your furbabies an extra hug...
 
We are heartbroken, too, about Milo. Many hugs to Meredith and her family.

Paws crossed for the new nephew and everyone involved! Keep us posted. :)
