Last time on The Facts of Ruby.

Ruby had a green number this morning despite not having received any insulin for 24 hours. Fancy that. (And when I give her insulin, she gets blue numbers. ) After much handwringing about increasing her dose yesterday morning, I had planned for her to get a shot last night. The universe had other thoughts on the matter and no one was home until very late so shot was skipped. Happy that Ruby did not suffer for it.

I am convalescing in bed and probably will be for a week or two. Frank is nursing both me and Ruby now and is doing a fine job of it. He is so delighted that Ruby is always at the ready to be poked when it's time.

Healing thoughts for all of the sick kitties and hugs to you beans. Enjoy the day everyone.

Hi Katherine, hope you are feeling better. Looks like you have a wonderful Frank and I have a wonderful Rob. Frank taking care of you and Ruby, Rob taking care of me and Dolly and doing a wonderful job (especially because prior to my accident I was taking care of Rob ) Life throws us lots of surprises.
