Enjoy your Sunday

Has anyone heard from Celi & Binksy. Isn't she in Iowa? I have the Weather Channel on and there are tornadoes. It mentions Thurman, Iowa lots of damage.

ETA: I just saw she is in Boise and online.

My thoughts and prayers go out to any that may be in danger of these severe storms passing through .. I hope all beans and furbabies are ok!!

thanks for thinking of us, Ann :-D
Our thoughts go out to those in the path of nature's fury...
but we are safe in boring old Idaho...the only tornados here are of the Manx/Tortie variety

This is the only place I dare share this...
spent the morning clearing all the food out of the pantry and replacing it with an old cat bed and some toys.
You may ask- 'time out for Torties? a place of seclusion for Sister Mary Binksy?'
Nope! It's a safe haven for the Binkster's best friend...C. Senor Mouseman.

I know...crazy cat lady...but Lil Mr. Friendship-Knows-No-Boundaries has a soft spot for the rodents-
and the girls are emphatically the opposite, so I'm hoping this little whiskered fella will last longer than his predecessors.

And don't tell B-Boy I was crass enough to post this...
but here's a Binksy-wave to y'all from his...ummmm... "Rubinesque Days".

Celi,
You're even worse than I am! I let them live in my shed. The way I figure it, the woods belonged to them before me anyway. My shed is in their woods.

Squeem3,
Emma is just beautiful!

 I have my own - Leroy and Emma ohmygod_smile

Can you believe I nearly turned down Emma when the adoption lady brought me to her cage? I didn't want to deal with the maintenance of a long fur cat and I really didn't want a female. With Leroy being so active I wanted a boy to hold up to the wrestling and playing. The adoption lady insisted that a female was just what Leroy needed (would put Leroy in his place when he got too rough) and said that Emma was really playful and attention loving. As she talked, Emma stuck her paw out of her cage to touch the cat in the next cage. She said I could "try out" Emma for 3 weeks to see if she would be a match. So I ended up taking Emma home and the rest is history :-D

Personally, I think Leroy would get along with any cat. He didn't seem to care when Julius Ceasar came to visit.
