Hugs to Meredith today.

Jack is doing fine and he is happy. Still in Scooters bed in the sunbeams. All his P's are great.
This morning I checked his numbers and fed him but forgot to give his insulin so he got it quite late. Ugh this grieving thing is so tuff. I can't imagine how I forgot to give him his insulin but I did.
I know I need to change my Avatar to Jacks picture but I just can't do it yet.

Anyway I need to do yard work so I am going to try today.

It is hard to focus on anything when we're grieving. Don't be hard on yourself. You did remember his insulin. I'm glad Jack is doing so well so you don't have to worry about him. Sending prayers.

I find yard work/physical work good for getting my mind off things.

Well I never got outside today. Grief is sneaky.
I think Jack is rocking insulin and I can't believe the numbers already.

Great numbers for Jack. Sorry to hear you are sad, it does take a while to come to terms with grief but I hope you will remember all the lovely memories you have of Scooter and that they will help you through the bad days. Take care

Linda, everyone grieves at their own pace and in their own way. There is no right or wrong way. I"m sorry you are having to deal with this, but I hope Jack's lovely numbers bring you some happiness. Perhaps Scooter is whispering in his ear to be kind to you.
