4.15 Frankie at the Vet

I came homelast night and saw that he had thrown up sonetime yesterday, threw up this morning and 3x times went to his litter box and was howling (I mean HOWLING) and I couldnt tell whether he was trying to urinate or defecate.

I got him to the vet at 3:30 PM

Doc examined him, told me he has a lot of hard stool in his small intestine
X Rays
Enema
Blood (the doc knows he is diabetic)

I'll find out more tomorrow. He's staying overnight.

I gave the Doc some cans of LC FF, and his insulin as he will need a shot (I can only imagine how high he is)

Last Thursday I took Chubbs to the Vet and he never came home. It appears that Thursday's are not a good day for us.

This is the first time in 14 years my apartment doesnt have my boys in it. I'm bummed, stressed, tired, and need a break.
 
Oh Jay, This is a lot on you. I'm really sorry. I feel speechless cause you have been through so much losing Chubby.
Frankie will be coming home. You guys are in my thoughts.

I feel bad for you Jay....but honestly, I feel worse for little Frankie. He doesn't know WHAT is going on and he isn't feeling too great either...you poor guys. Hope he comes home soon....tryt o rest up a little. This is a terrible thing to have happen...you boys are so close....Hurry and get better Frankie!

If Frankie is just constipated, he'll be home soon. I hope that's all it is. I'm sure he has felt a lot of stress this week too, and this is how his body is responding to the stress.

I can understand about not having your boys. Actually I really can't, I haven't had a cat-less day in my own home since 1989. I can't imagine. But he'll be back soon.

Oh fudge (was gonna say something more colorfu until I opted for this), Frankie at the vet. Sounds like a stool problem so the vet will help him. Sending hugs to you and Frankie. He'll be back home soon Jay.

Unbelievable. I think they are right ...you know Frankie must be so stressed right now...and this is perhaps his response. It's showing up physically. Am so, so sorry for this awful time you are going through. He will be home soon. We just want him to feel better soon. A house without fur is lonely for sure.

Oh badword. Jay, I'm so sorry. My goodness, you've just been through the wringer this week. It's awful to sit in a catless house. We had to leave our Original Three behind for the first year we were in Germany and it was awful, Tugger got sick for the first time ever while I was an ocean away. I wanted to get straight on a plane to come be with him. I can't imagine how you must be feeling right now but know that we are all praying for you and Frankie and lighting candles and keeping you both in our thoughts. Healing vines heading to Frankie...

Jay==I know Frankie will be home tomorrow, but as lonely as it may be, we are here for you.. You have been through a lot lately.
Tomorrow will be better.
