Trix seems to be feeling pretty darned good again both last night and this morning...happy appy, snuggles, animated vocal Mannie Fuds Dances, hunting for adventure, and otherwise looking bright-eyed and acting spunky. She may still be a tad off, but not much. Hopefully this round of "offness" is a thing of the past. Anti-jinx, anti-jinx, anti-jinx. I didn't use any ABs, but I'm holding on to them, just in case. Maybe just having them in the house is enough to keep things in line!
We have my Dad's appointment today...chances are he's going to take another week of from chemo, but we're going just to check in. He is feeling better, but still not feeling like a ball of fire, so I guess he wants one more week to recover. Hopefully we can get back on track next week. None of us are anxious for chemo, but I don't think we want a break that is TOO lengthy, for obvious reasons. He sort of got the results from us lung scan yesterday, too....I say "sort of" because it came through a phone call. The radiologist did see "something", but neither he nor the oncologist believe it is cancer or an infection. It's an "empty space", whatever that means. They want him to now see a pulmonary doc. My poor Dad can't catch a break. It could be something as simple as this just being how his lungs are built or possible scarring from the infection, but I guess finding out more info is now necessary.
Time to get moving....have a great day, L&LL!
