It's entirely possible the vet is protecting ta since her numbers were on the low side of normal, and she was sick the other day. She wanted me to bring her in on Fri or Mon, but working 12 hrs both days makes that impossible.

Tasha's very fine this am 5 P's accounted for, eating much better--has started to free feed herself--she'll eat about 1/2 can and munch the rest through out the morning.

I think she's a little confused about why she got stuck but not shot, she's watching me closely, looking for the other shoe to drop i guess :lol:

They can adapt so quickly to a routine...

No Tasha....there isn't another shoe to drop for now.

should we test before or after she eats

just checking since you test before with insulin and thats what we did this am

okee dee tanks much

logging out since i'll be gone at test time. DH gets to stick. I'm so gratefull that he's willing and capable of being "bad daddy"! Makes things so much easier
