Yesterday Neko had a nice pink to blue bounce recovery day cycle. The evening started out looking good, but I must have done a partial fur shot. Did I mention that the still not healed elbow is driving me crazy!! I seem to have problems shooting on one side, way more than I should. The shot looked good, but later when the numbers weren't doing anything, I noticed that the fur didn't look quite right, like some liquid had leaked onto it. Argh!! I'm sorry Neko. cat_pet_icon

DH got up an hour earlier today, to drive to his rowing regatta in Washington State. Naturally both cats thought that meant it was time to get up for breakfast. They got a bit of freeze dried chicken, but I sure didn't sleep much for the next hour. That plus Neko being high means a noisy morning, what with LB's getting used, whining for breakfast, DH moving about. The btb was much appreciated. In the mean time, the morning sunshine seems to have disappeared. There are some threatening clouds against the mountains and possible T-storms again today. Both cats are inside anyway. Some neighbour has loud machinery running. The nerve of them to disturb a kitties nap.
Days like today I wonder if using R would help. I am following the other Wendy's condo on this topic. There are times I know I've done a fur shot as well as times when I see a bounce happening. Hmm. More to ponder.
I heard from Pip (&Rupert) today and all are well. Rupert isn't quite as bouncy and has taken a couple of reductions on Lev. And most importantly, seems to have more energy. Yet another thing for me to think about. I have two more cartridges of Lantus left before making this decision.
