Yesterday was recovery day for Mannie. Time to ditch those pinks. YAY! We started out high - blech! He did did manage to find a high blue during the AM cycle. I so hope he can get back to the blue and green cycles soon. Hopefully it won't take the usual 5-6 days. :shock: :roll: :? PAWS CROSSED! Right Mannie? Sounds like a plan to me - let's do it! With a 119 this morning it looks like Mannie thinks so too. I spent the evening out last night to celebrate my youngest birthday. It was apparent from Mannie's +2 that I had an active cycle, and that he was headed into a mini dive: normally his +2 is always a food spike. So..... I fed a HC when I left - it must have been a good choice - we came home to a nice safe 188. phew! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We had SUN yesterday - Mannie was so elated when he got up and saw rays coming in through the slider door. I had a happy dance that morning... too bad I had to tell him he had to wait until DGS and I came home before he could go out. He was not pleased. Hmmmmmm once again those big round soulful cute eyes became these narrow slits that looks remarkably like daggers... :shock: :o :o :cool: TOO FUNNY! Like the last time when he had to wait he went and hugged his nanners. Poor Mannie... I was forgiven however when I got home and let him outside. It was a beeline to his spot in the ground cover. :lol: :lol: :lol: So there he was for 30 minutes, soaking up the rays. HAHA: more narrow slits: he forgot his shades! :lol: :lol: AND!: this morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND auto feeder which Elsa still thinks has her name on it. Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! For me, it will be errand day, catch up day, shopping day, laundry day.... WOO HOO! All my fav things. :lol: :lol:

Great blues for Mannie!! I think he might be brewing a trip to the green lagoon tonight!!!

I'm glad he let you get out for a birthday party. I am sorry I missed your condo yesterday but went back and watched the video. What a happy, happy baby Nicholas is.....that smile and laugh is ADORABLE and Mannie
is so careful with him when he's licking his fingers.....what a pair!!!

Did DGS get a haircut from the video to today's pics?? Looks like he has a little boy buzz cut today.....he's such a wonderful child!!

Hi Marje - We are still hoping on that green... we seem to have taken a light detour. :roll: me too on the kids birthday, though I was a little concerned with the +2.... any drop for him = active cycle. so had to carb him, much to my dismay. but it all worked out OK, so good to go! thanks for going back to see the video: he is such a great kid, a very happy one. The finger licking part was way too cute: when it's me I get the chomps, but not with Nicholas. very cool. and no on the haircut - it was windy at times and doing all kinds of things to that baby fine hair, so maybe that's why it looks a little different?

Hi guys, Love the pics from yesterday. I think it's fantastic that Nicholas goes down the water slide. That kid is going to be swimming before you know it!

Michelle, I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner with your son and I'm sure you enjoyed doing all those chores today :lol: We loved the opera, and Rusty was good when we got home, so I didn't give him any Bupe. But I'm ready now!! Thanks for contributing to Rusty's "Bupe Condo" today!

Michelle, I've told you several times, here goes again. You have such a wonderful attitude, when Mannie gives you not so nice numbers. Me....I sit in a corner and have myself a pity party. Like the last few days. :roll:

Hi Ella - I sure hope so. UGH (!!) on the pink... thanks too on the pics. Yep, he really enjoys the water slide - it is requested every time we go. I have to help him some, as he's not suite sure of how to keep himself from falling over the side. :? Good luck with the bupe - I think you came up with a good plan. I have my furry purry kitty, who is healthy and happy. Hi Michelle and Mannie, just wanted to stop by for a visit. Looks like Mannie had a bit of a wild ride for a while… just come down a bit more Mannie.

Your DGS is so sweet, and so wonderful that you get this time to be with him. I have a new grandnephew (will be a year old this May), and I miss him so much, when I can't see him.
