? 4/14 Delilah 145 at +17 one shot a day kitty?

So I'm having a hard time making heads of tails of Delilah curve....

Should I try a dose reduction? or is she a once a day shot kind of kitty? Or do I just need to be brave and start shooting those lower ps numbers?

Her numbers seem to raise and fall very slowly....
 
Or I've read a little about the depot.... don't quite understand it... but could her low numbers be from the week I was giving her 2 units twice a day without home testing?
 
The depot typically lasts 4-6 cycles, depending on the size of the dose, so I don't think the 2U depot is in play any longer. Since you had two skips before shooting 1 unit last night and she got down to the 50's, I'm thinking you should try a reduction. Ideally you'd get a dose you can shoot twice a day. How about trying a .5U dose? It may not be enough, but it's easier to go up once you've got a regular dose going twice a day. You will eventually have to shoot the lower numbers, but you don't have much data on Delilah yet.

We have had some kitties who only need one shot a day, but it's typically when they are on smaller doses.
