Good morning! I was pleasantly surprised at that 77, especially when I was late testing her this morning. It was about 30 min. late, so no big deal anyway. She was on the rise last nite at +3.5, so she obviously dropped after she pooped at some time. There was a lot of poop, pee, and clear vomit this morning, and Im not sure who the vomit was from, but Im gonna guess it was Putter. She ate last nite, but didnt want food this morning so much till I put the fd bits on it. I thought the vomit was pee at first, there was a big puddle. I recognized all the poop from all 4 of them! Im off today but have a Dr. appt at +4, so mom will be testing after I leave. I will be getting a +2 and go from there. have a great day everyone!

Hi Laura, You are certainly a skilled poop and pee detective! And good vomit intuition, too! Chi Chi is looking very good. I hope that when you get home from your appointment she'll will be surfing happily in the lagoon.

Have a fine day,

Ella & Rusty

Beautiful surf today! We should all be so lucky with our kitties! :D

Laura, does Putter vomit clear liquid often? It might be an acid stomach issue - be sure to ask your vet next time you talk to him/her. A little Pepcid can help.

Thanks Tricia, Ella and Wendy! I can tell the poop apart, but not the vomit. It could have been moms kitty Molly. She told me that Molly was retching this am. Molly sometimes vomits a small amount of clear liquid in the morning, but this was a large amount. It was as if she drank a bunch of water and then threw it up, but I could see little white bits in it, and one small bit of brown, so I know it wasnt water. I guess Molly is next to the vet for a checkup. She will most likely get another steroid shot too, as the bumps/scabs arent going away even after changing her food, and putting the natural healing ointments on. I hate that she gets steroids!! but its hard watching her scratch herself to bleeding. Out of the 3 kitties, Chi Chi is doing the best right now.:)
