I am thinking about taking my stubborn little kitty up another drop. Bailey is not just the only kitty in LL to think lancets are tasty, she is the only kitty in LL to go up and up in dose after a dental.

Whew, there. I feel a little better. :smile:

WCR: all is well in Bailey's universe. She is still scavenging for carbs, :roll: still furry and purry. Grooming is good. She has pooped in the bathtub a couple of times, so she's irritated about something, but I don't know what it is.

OT: Blue (drooler) has been on prednisone for a while now, so we decided to check his BG. Holdin' steady at 60!

Do you have any other tests from today? I'm concerned that this could be a high before a break and without any additional data, I'm a little hesitant to suggest an increase. On the whole, though, I think Bailey could benefit from an increase.

Hey Sienne, thanks for your advice. I shot her late today and we are night owls even on a normal schedule, so we have quite a ways to go before shot time. I will continue to get spot checks today and unless I see some action, I will go up tonight. Hear that, Bailey?

Vyktor went up a couple of doses following his dental before deciding to turn it all around ;-)

Hilarious on testing Blue. I know some people with a diabetic dog and have been wondering if they would be able to test themselves and save money on the curves so I guess the answer to that is yes. Did you just use the same procedure as for a kitty, same spot on the ear and everything?
