Well, I'm guessing Tyler is bouncing(?)... I don't know... I don't know... I don't know...

177 is a nice cool number, I can live with that. I'm glad either way that he's not going low this morning because his poor little ears are glowing!

By the last three pokes last night, he was totally over it! This morning he's reluctant to give me that ear, poor guy!!!

Looks like Tyler is coming down nicely from that AMPS. Maybe he'll surf the blues for the rest of the cycle and give you some pretty greens this evening? Paws are crossed for him!

Well, my sugar kitty is looking good this morning! Hoping that he doesn't go into Tigger-Mode on me. I'd like to see him ride this wave as long as possible until he's ready to go back to 1.0u. That's my short term goal for the little fella.

Right now, I'm pretty happy :mrgreen:

Brian, if you put some Neosporin with Pain Relief ointment on his ears, it'll REALLY help! I've seen China's ears looking a lot like hamburger and the next morning almost brand new. The stuff really seems to help, as well as having a little anesthetic to numb the area. Make sure it's the ointment and not the cream though

I didn't mention that I've been putting Neo on his ears, but it's not + pain relief kind. They do look better, but I got the vein a couple of times yesterday ohmygod_smile I really try to avoid that, but I'm still learning to be accurate with that lancet pen. I tried the manual way, but the pen is like 1000x more quickier to get that poke!!!

Well, all I will report back at PMPS, time for this bean to get some chores done!!

Ok ya'll, wish me luck! I have to go to work and he had a nice cool AMPS at 163.

I'm a little nervous leaving him by himself this evening. I will try to see if my boss will let me leave for 30 minutes to come check on him at 8... I am not counting on it, though. I usually pull up what food Marla doesn't eat, because he will eat it, but I am leaving it out, maybe that will suffice until I can get some trays to freeze food as Julie suggested. It slipped my mind while I did chores and homework today. So at fault of my own, I don't have any frozen foods. My roommate works at the same place and runs deliveries, so maybe he can swing by and give a little food.

We'll all be keeping Tyler in our thoughts and sending lots of safe surfing vines his way!

Leaving extra food down is the best defense! That'd be great if your roommate could "drop by" on his way to/from a delivery too!

Hey!! I was able to get off early enough to catch his +3.5, and it's lookin' good! :mrgreen:


I was a little worried, but when I got home he was waking up from nap #7 and decided to mow down on the rest of Marla's uneaten grubs.

Thank you, Chris for sending the vines his way! I think he might finally[/] be learning how to surf!

First time ever catching Tyler doing his business, and I got to test for ketones, which he was negative! That's good to know!

I really enjoy reading your posts! :-D

Isn't it exciting when you happen to catch them peeing and can successfully get a ketone test? (isn't it kind of sad that we get excited about that? :lol: )
