Morning LL!!! A little easier morning today other than getting scratched by Scrabble when we were administering his ab's! This is the first time he did that, probably getting sick of his mouth being pryed open! Otherwise pretty good appetite and he was good about his testing. He really is liking being hand fed lately!!!
AMPS 86 so happy to see this number on such a small dose! I keep telling Scrabble how proud I am of him!!!
Back to work for me tonight :roll: The weekend just doesn't seem long enough!!!

Scrabble is looking really good, Michelle! Sorry you are having such a hard time with the ab's. Vet gave me pills that I crush up and stick in Spot's food and he eats it all up. However, the stuff for his mouth, well, that's a different story, lol

An amps of 86 on .25u.... :thumbup

Michelle, to answer your question from my condo yesterday...I thought measuring the .25 dose was a lot harder than measuring the fat 0 because you don't have a line to work with. For the fat 0 dose, at least on the syringes I have, I can just twist the plunger up so it's right under/at the 0 line. There's still enough room in the syringe for a drop or two beyond that point--I checked. :-D

Just wondering about forti flora? I got it in the mail today and was going to try it. Scrabble's appetite is ok and he has been pooping normal, should we use fortiflora to put the good bacteria back in his body? (he still has another 9 days on ab) It doesn't have anything in it that will raise bg #'s right? Also, you just mix a packet in with his food? It is ok for my other non-diabetic cat (they eat together)

I don't think anything in the fortiflora would bother your other kitty, my two share food too. The fortiflora is good for their tummy when they are on AB's. Shouldn't raise BG either. Good luck with the administering the AB's, I have one that is hard to pill too. :-D

Don't know a thing about fortiflora but I do know that's a nice string of numbers Scrabble had today! Tugger did really well too :mrgreen:

I sprinkle some on Checkers' food, when he's being picky, and he pushes my hand away to get at it quicker. :lol:
He loves it, my other two aren't impressed.
There's nothing in it to raise bg, Michelle. It's just dried animal digest, lots of good nutrients, and good bacteria.

LOVE LOVE LOVE fortiflora I am always using it here for somebody it seems we have it at work but its cheaper for me to get it off amazon good luck with it all my cats seem to like it

Me too, just wish I was gonna be home tonight, this is our lowest ps # ever, wish I would have tested more today because he may have dropped today but oh well was trying to save his ears. I will post from work when I can! Off to tbp!

great news! sooo happy for you...no worries..ive shot baby plenty at low #s ... u just need to get spot checks & feed to raise a little..have a great night at work..
