He is acting weird. He tried to get into treats then seeking plastic.
Doesn't want to eat like normal.
Had about 1.5oz of wet food between 2 flavors.
Trying to eat tape on boxes.
He is being strange. I am worried.

maybe he always does weird things while you are asleep.

I would try to do a ketone test as soon as you can.
I would call and ask for the vet to call you back and describe his weird behaviour. Maybe he'll have some ideas of what's causing it.

He ate fine yesterday.
Not sure on breathe smell.
He hasn't peed since i got up. He will have fluids at 8am. Very soon.

His bg was high n didnt go low last night. Making no sense.

Got 90ml fluids at 8:40am. Syringed famotidine with tuna juice.
He drank more tuna juice after too.
Ate total of 2.5oz of wet so far today

Idk. Vets thought it would help to flush any ketones out and help with urinary tract infection or inflammation he has.

He started at 100ml 2x a day. Going to 90ml n 80ml now.
Just weird today.

I'd make sure to ask the vet when you talk to him/her. I don't think it's the cause of his odd behavior today, it's just something you want to be careful of with his maybe-heart-murmur. I do think it's a good thing for flushing the ketones he developed, but I wouldn't think it'd be something you want to do long-term.

Awaiting the ketone test! Come on, Sprocket, time to pee!

Just throwing this out there .. my civvie Keena likes to seek plastic and tape when his stomach is upset. It usually goes with not wanting to eat food.

Just tested ketone negative!
And his bg is 325.

The higher bg could be because his tummy is upset, maybe. Hope it resolves soon, whatever it is!

He has chilled on plastic search. He is eating slow. Had 3.75oz so far. Usually has at least 5 by now. He wont take pill pockets.

He is looking better. Eating well.
Got his fluids @ 80ml. At 8:45pm.
+2.25/357.
Took most of his pills at 6pm.
Hope the night goes well.
Gonna test at midnight n 3am again to see how his numbers work again.

Just had 10.5oz today wet food
But took antibiotic & ursodiol at 6pm & he usually takes about 1pm or so.
Had 80ml fluids at 8:40pm
