He started off a bit high this morning so I didn’t really expect much today but it turns out he was in the mood to swim with the sharks! This is the 3rd lime green at this dose so that would mean a decrease to 3.5u right? Is there any consideration for the amount of time between them?

Sometimes, but all 3 of his drops into the 40's have been within the last 10 days ….that's not very long.....if he'd dropped below 40 back in early March and then didn't drop again until yesterday and today, I might say to wait but 3 drops below 40 in 10 days is enough to take the reduction.
