4/12 Max AMPS 382 +5 376 +8 347 PMPS 275 +2 281 +3 376 +4 326

Max is just headed the wrong way lately. I wish I knew why. Is it just that he’s bouncing all of the time, especially during the day when I am checking him? Glucose toxicity maybe? Should I get up later at night to see if I can catch how low he goes or would that even make a difference? @Wendy&Neko what do you think? Sorry for all of the questions. I’m being as patient as possible. Does the tumor grow again after SRT? I’ve notice he’s shaking his head more now again. He did that a lot before SRT and he also had a little drainage in his left eye before SRT. That is starting to come back. He has no signs of infection though. He looks good. Acts fine. Just the head shaking and dried eye discharge in the mornings. I have an otoscope and have looked at his ears. They look fine. No redness, no discharge. Just wondering why his BGs don’t seem to go down enough. Max does have a lot of other diagnosis too but so far nothing seems to be wrong. No wheezing or coughing. No diarrhea. Eating well. He never was tested for IAA when he was diagnosed with acro. I will also tag @FrostD to see if you have any thoughts as well. Thank you. His vet appointment for labs got moved to next week.

It's been too soon after SRT to think about the tumour regrowing. It happens in a very small percent of cats, but more like 2-3 years after SRT.

There could be some element of glucose toxicity. I noticed I couldn't go more than 5 days without greens before it settled in. The bounce from the greens should be over. He's quite flat today, let's see what tonight brings.

I don’t think he’s going to give us anything new tonight, unless this is one of those high before the low type of things. Should I increase tomorrow or wait a little longer? @Wendy&Neko It’s bedtime so I doubt that I will get anymore data tonight. He ate LC @+2. I did get a +3 anyway and it was 376, @+4 he is 326.

With mid blue nadirs, I'd go up 0.5 units. As for timing, I'd see if AMPS looks like he's breaking a bounce before deciding when.
