Yesterday was yellow day, with a hint and a splash of pink. I am grateful that it wasn't any worse... considering the low 40's he had the night before, and the level of carb I had to feed. So - I will take a yellow surf, and won't complain. Today we can work on the blues, right Mannie? Like that idea? cool - knew you would! Even though it is a wet MannieLand. I don't think it has stopped raining since yesterday afternoon. Poor Mannie! He stuck his head out the door later yesterday, and made an immediate about face. I swear I heard a snarl... no hanging out in the ground cover yesterday, and probably not today either. He will have to make do with DGS, :razz: They shared lunch again yesterday. :lol: :lol: Mannie was so glad that it wasn't oatmeal and blueberries. He was so funny - approached DGS spot where he has lunch, with his nose just sniffing away. Nicholas offered him a blueberry. :shock: Nooooooooooooooo said Mannie. You could see Nicholas thinking - "but.... they're good!" so he offered him a piece of chicken. You could see Mannie thinking "SCORE!" and very gently took it out of Nicholas's hand. DGS even smiled at him - and so the chicken feast began. What a pair. I, of course, was camera-less at the time. :roll: :? bummer! AND!: this morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND auto feeder which Elsa still thinks has her name on it. Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand.
Have a great day everyone! I am back on DGS duty trough Friday. YAY!!!! I love having Nicholas around. I am not to sure what we will do, as the weather is not so great today too - swimming probably in the morning, a river or lake or park after that. Fun times!! I know I won't be able to visit condos during the day when he is here. Do know that I am thinking of you all, and your furkids. Think BLUE, Think GREEN kitties!!
Hey everybody!!! I think today needs to be KTSS day! We need to see BigMac and cheer him up. He's been at the vetty for such along time... and I bet he could use some snuggle time and some soup. Rusty has to go to the vetty too. And Checkers!! Tobey - you had better get your paws a limbered up! Afterwards you guys wanna come ad hag out here? My bean is bust with that tiny human and we gots the house to ourselves. SWEET! See you! ~~ Mannie
