Now that you are at 5 units total dose, the next increase will be by 0.5 units. Sometimes at that size dose you would increase at 0.25 units if you were just tweaking an already pretty good dose, but that's not where Floyd is at now. He needs the big guns. Think of the increases as a percentage of the dose. Sticking with the approximately 10% increase seems to help tether them more to Earth.
Those fast drops can often cause worse bounces than going to lower numbers. I wonder if giving him a little bit of carbs for his second meal might slow him a down a bit. Not sure how you would do that with home made raw. I fed some manufactured raw that had a bit of carbs from veggies. And some meats are higher carb by nature, such as kangaroo. Not sure you can get that in the US though.
I think Floyd wants you to take a break from testing the rest of the day.
