Up late and then up early...5 hours...functioning on 5 hours.

Attie looks like a bounce, but I think there is a good bit of carbs on board there too. Stinker would not eat his rabbit without sprinkles of some sort on top. I think he is bored with the rabbit, but he wouldn't eat the raw chicken or raw venison either. I know I saw some NV canned at the pet store the other day...I wonder what the carb load is on it and if they can get it canned? I may grab a dog food can ...just to see if he'll eat it before ordering it.

Gary's voice is changing. I know it seems silly to notice, but last night he still had his deep resonating voice. He didn't meow and yowl much last night, more clawing at the door, but this morning his voice is gravelly...like it is changing. They said yesterday, except for a few laps around the table...he didn't even make a peep. So I can't contribute it to meowing at the vetties yesterday. It must be the testosterone drop?

Radio man was funny this morning...but it was so true.

You know you live in Cleveland when you can run the furnace and air conditioner in the same week. Sunday we were nearly 85F and tonight we'll be 30F.

we're having crazy weather changes here too.

Hmm I never noticed a voice change in my kitties but makes sense.

Hope Atlas' bounce clears soon and you guys all have a great day.

:shock: on the weather changes... wow. a little of that here too, but not to that extreme.

Interesting on Gary and the voice. I wonder... could be huh. I hope his recovery is good - never seems to take too long with the guys.

hmmmm i think i missed something! did gary have some procedure done or something? or is he hitting kitty puberty? :lol:

we were about 60 yesterday and the thermometer outside was about 28 this morning. bbrrrrr.

Gary finally got neutered yesterday.

I am totally impressed a tech called today to check on him both physically and too make sure he didn't suffer a set back from yesterday's freak-out! She said after the procedure she actually was snuggling and able to cuddle him and carry him around. She also claims the new tech is just crazy about him! Thinks he is one of the handsomest cats she has ever seen. It sounded like the techs just went 'bonkers' over the big boy...heck he even got a deep brushing ...which I know he loved...because he loves it when I do it. Comb and brush...he just loves...

This new clinic is just surprising me at every turn from their no mystery backroom to the amount of time they spend...

Gary was treated very, very well yesterday. Almost sounds like he got very spoiled. :smile:

Edit: She said his tom odor will dissipate over t he next few weeks. I didn't ask her about the voice...
