How does she look to everyone tonite? She's looking good to me. I gave her hc to snack on last night, and she still had a little left when I got up this am, probably why she was a bit high this am. It doesn't look like she'll be needing any tonight so the numbers should be back down tomorrow.

These numbers are looking like you're much more in control. I'd suggest sticking with the 0.5u dose for a few days so the shed can regulate and so you can get a better read on how this dose is working.

sounds good to me. I will try to get a +6 tonight, and may get +1 tomorrow, will get +2-+4 won't be home for +6 unless i can con DH into it :-D

I'm still planning on an overnight curve tomorrow night, since evenings is when she tends to drop.

hi karisa! tasha's looking good today! you're a brave woman to take on an overnight curve.

i got up at 1:30am last night to check punkin but that's about as good as it gets unless I think she's going to go too low. i've gotten accustomed to that whole sleep-at-night-thing! :lol:

don't get me wrong, i love my seep, but my ta needs at least 1 night curve. not planning on doing this too often :lol:

ta's +6 is 90 tomorrow night i'll get +8 and see if we go up from there. If this is her peak (forgot the other word :oops: ) where will we go from there, if it stays in the same area?

going nitey nite. will check in in the morning with more readings!

the word you're looking for is "nadir" when the insulin is at its peak strength and tasha's BG number is the lowest.

i don't know the answer . . . but the more information you get the more Tasha's patterns will emerge. The experts here can help you interpret it.

Hi Karisa....Tasha is looking good today and tonight!!! Way to go!! The "nadir" can move around and might be hard to pinpoint. You have to do alot of testing to see if there is any consistency with it; some cats, yes; other cats, there's not much consistency. It is tough to do those curves at night but if you are working during the day, there's not much you can do if you want to gather data for her.....which is smart. HOpe you get some rest.
