Good morning, everyone,

Sending deepest sympathy to Rachel this morning.

Rusty had a good night after his exciting day yesterday and we are starting off well this morning. Edward will be keeping his eye on him, because I am at the auto shop, having servicing done and changing to the 3-season tires. Hopefully I'll be home before nadir! Rusty took another tip from Gracie this morning and we ordered one of the new "muffin" pillows from Brawny Cat (thanks, Marje: Rusty needed a new pillow and this one looks awesome).

Hi guys .. what a nice start rusty! And such a lucky boy to be getting a new pillow too! I hope the auto center does not take too long .. have a great weekend guys!

Nice safe start to the day for Rusty! Looks like everyone there is getting new toys! Have fun w/ the new Macs, I'm sure Rusty will love the pillow!

Hi again,
I've been running around all day, and as far as I can tell Rusty has been sleeping all day. He just had a good claw on his new lounger/scratcher and is busy bathing. Edward said he didn' t want to go outside today. It was very windy and rather cool.

Good cycle today.

What a great day, Rusty! Did you decide to reward your bean for the new pillow with more greens? If that's the case, you may be able to work out quite a barter system with the beans. ;-)

Glad to see Rusty in safe greens today, Ella! That 29 yesterday was :shock:.

Rusty enjoyed sitting with us watching TV tonight and eating his dinner on the couch (his new favorite dinner table). After sleeping all day, he is now in his basket, sleeping. I'll have to wake him up to get him to come upstairs to go to bed. If I don't, he'll wake up at some point and meow loudly.

I had a good walk in Lake Placid--about 5 miles in all. My knee feels much better when I walk. I spent a couple of hours in the library there, looking up specs for the new iMac on my iPad. We may order Edward's new computer this weekend or early next week. but of course then we'll have to pay for it! :lol:

I got a mental picture of you walking into the lake. :lol: :lol: :lol: Then I realized you meant walking in to the town of Lake Placid. ohmygod_smile Whew! I'm glad that was the case, as I'll bet that lake is COLD!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
