Panther too? It must be the time of year for it - there are a few kitties on trials or almost ready for them at the moment. They must have all decided it's time they gave us a break! :D

Another green number for Rosa - so no more tests for today. I still have a moment every time the meter beeps to tell me the test is ready - I'm still half expecting to see a much higher number every time. I hope she continues surprising me at every test like this! :D :D
 
Not just me then - I think after testing her for so long and only getting green numbers sometimes, I can hardly believe she's holding onto decent numbers without insulin. And I keep worrying that she's somehow going to get into food she shouldn't have, even though there isn't anything here she could get hold of unless she can chew through a can to get to the HC food! ;) I'm resisting the urge to test her more often, though it is a little strange at the moment not having to plan my whole day around her shots and tests (it's surprising how quickly you can get used to such a massive change in routine). It's one of those "I want to know if her number's OK, but I don't want to look in case it isn't" moments every time - I think I might finish up the same as you and never completely have that feeling go away - Michael and I have already discussed keeping her on weekly testing permanently instead of dropping it to once a month just in case. But it's a small thing to deal with to have her looking and feeling so well! :D
