Wow guys, our computer broke that is the reason of not posting macho's update.


I really hate steroids Macho has been pink for 2 weeks. he is finally going down. I will not get him that injection. Inhaler it is. He is not coughing anymore and he feels better.

we also had to get another glucose meter (caresens) because we couldn't find the generic strips we get from amazon.
my dad found it on diabetic conner and we order them.
so now we have 3 glucose meters. the test strips are so expensive!!! wow
we test him 2 times each time to make sure is close number and it is.
Freestyle lite we are not going to use it anymore because we cant find generic strips.

i had subscribed for the generic stips (for freestyle) on amazon but they stop bringing them. we ran to cvs and they are super expensive.
We found the generic strips on diabetic conner.

we have a situation for 3 days (during the day) macho has been red! how? what should i do?. i come home and i see his meter and i just cant believe it. what its going on?!
should i reduce his night dose. to see if that helps?

Thank you! I found the generic (unistrips) ones on diabetic conner.
The original strips are way too expensive. i went to cvs and i thought it was a joke i mean $100.00 for one touch ultra strips?.
Also we bought the caresens N but we noticed that is 47 to 50 points of difference from onetouch ultra.
i was thinking to buy the alphaTrak2 (since the nurse insist to get that one. Ill get it but i will use it just to make the curve because there is nogeneric strips for th alphatrak2.

He’s bouncing from the greens the night of 4/13. Hold the current day dose and see what happens when it clears. If you can get any more tests at night over the weekend it might help.

We are going away for a week. Macho is going to stay here and as usual we have a friend and the nurse who is going to look after him.
Macho still in the trampoline but i reduce his dose because his bounce is not normal and because he got 55.
