Gracie's Yesterday
Happy Caturday! We continue to send prayers to Linda (Scooter) and Nancy (Huey). It's so hard to see our LL kitties cross the bridge and we are always sad for their loving beans.
Gracie truly loves Jason but she is a bit reserved even when he is here. So this morning....wild kitty city!!! She and Tobey were on their racetrack through the house today (although Tobey doesn't care who is here, he does his Rocket Man race every day). She did super with Jason but she just prefers it to be the four of us.
She had a wee bounce last night but is coming down nicely today. We've been laying off the R and letting her clear her bounces on her own. Good girl!!!
We really appreciate all the visits yesterday from Ann, Carla, Ella, Liz, Bron, Serryn, Mary, Molly, Rhiannon, Ruth, Suki, and Wendy. And for the record, Gracie swatted Lupita on the hand when Lupita decided to pet her. The good thing about Tobey and Gracie is they don't even know they have claws, it seems, because they never put them out and the only person I've seen Gracie swat is Lupita
I am slowly catching up to all the things that have been delayed in being done with so much company and Mike being sick. I did get our taxes done and submitted by the end of March
and my last paperwork project that has been looming over my head for now is doing the last 12 insurance claims for my mom's drooler who crossed the bridge a couple months ago. So a little board time for me and then off to get that done.
