Hiya Cass! Oddly enough, Lou was doing the same thing, Infrequent greens, but nadirs low enough to make increasing a scary prospect. Where are you giving the insulin? I've heard it can be metabolized quicker in the scruff (wait, is that right?) I give Lou's shots along his side and that seems to work, but I'm interested to see what changing the spot around will do for Gordy.

I am currently shooting into the scruff but was doing abdomen before this... so i think i need to either try his other side or pick a whole new area. Who knows...

Who knows indeed. I literally just start giving him a finger massage along his back until he lays down, then grab a spot (going up and down so I'm not shooting the same area) and shoot. He seems to favor his left side, which I find interesting. I don't know if he processes things differently in different areas. I think I worried more about furshots when I shot the scruff. It's so hard to know though. I hope you find somewhere that works!
