Morning! Frank is sitting here near me hanging out in the kitchen..he is my buddy. :-D Despite his near red, he is staying with me.
I'm disappointed with the AMPS, but trying not to go there..."just take it as it comes" I keep telling myself.. I'm sure this is a bounce. Happy though that he isn't bouncing high into red. Thinking that soon we will need a dose increase.
Frank is gone now at the end of typing this post....off to his day of sleep..I think.

It looks like this is a bit of a bounce from those pretty blues. I hope it clears quickly and you see more blue today.

Nice job testing yesterday and last night....at least it isn't red is right! Maybe he will go back to those pretty blues for you again soon.

I hope not too long for another blue.

With his AMPS of 389, I thought there was a good chance that he'd have a flat pink day, but surprise, surprise...a yellow at +6.25!

if i counted correctly, today is day 7 @ 2.75 units. unless you see some green between now and tomorrow morning... you might want to take the dose up to 3u bid. time to get more green on frank's ss!

I know it's slow going but each time Frank dips down and tests out those nice bloos, he gets more and more comfy there. Each time you should see him stay down there a wee bit longer until the day comes when he rises and that rise is the oddity

Frank gradually went lower & lower all day.

I guess I did this wrong. I just fed and gave him usual dosage. Should I have stalled....tested to see if he was rising before giving him the shot.? nailbite_smile

I didn't want to lower the dosage, well you know, it wreaks havoc on him...always has caused a bounce.

He is so feeling better! He followed me around today rather than sleeping away the day. He just chirped to his civvie housemate. I love this stuff!
 
I'm glad you didn't stall, I understand when people do it the first time or two, but IMHO you can keep the momentum going better by just shooting and monitoring (within reason, of course, nobody should shoot the 40's and 50's/60's should give you pause until you have lots of data).

Get a +1 so you can see if he has turned back upward, or is surfing, or is dropping. If he's still dropping, it's easy to fix that with food. See you in an hour!

That's really the same number. Did he eat well at dinner at PMPS?

Yes, I always fed him a snack before beddy bye. I usually give him 1/8 can of lc FF right before bed.

Going up now....maybe?

for some reason.....I only gave 1 tsp of food to help Frank surf. Now I go back to read the thread and see you said 2 tsp :o ....dear, dear...what's going to happen when I get really old?? As of now just one tsp of food given.
 
looks like he's surfing. :smile:

When is bed time? Should be ok to sleep but I would leave a little extra food out for him.
 
Bed time is now......I feel he'll be OK, too. unfortunately, any food I leave out for him will be scarfed up immediately by him....maybe has something to do with being a homeless vat at one time in his life..??
