We made it to 200 number, 298, but still a yellow. The morning test and shot is my favorite. She is always out, waiting for me. I get to give her some cuddles, and brush her. That has always been her favorite thing. She used to hurry out when she heard the drawer open, and then the brush,combs, etc get laid on the counter.

Hope everyone has a good day, stopping at petstore right from work to find a few different type of treats to test out on her.

Thank you all again.

HI and welcome! It's great that Cleo already has a morning routine that she loves, so you can sneak that test in there without much fuss. Good luck with the treats. Leo did great with the freeze dried salmon but got mostly sick of it, so the spoiled cat gets bits of fresh chicken and the occasional scallop, which is his current treat for a few days. They are spoiled, aren't they? :lol: Have a good day!

Good luck with finding what works for you. My Stella has made things very easy for me. Stella requires no treats. Apparently she has made the connection that her tests/injections is 'Stella Time' as her sis Boo sits nearby jealously and watches. :lol:

A housekeeping note... Please remember to link your condo from the previous day to your condo for today: http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=92948

It's ok to not include your dose in the subject line. It's helpful but most of us will open Cleo's SS to see what you're doing with respect to dose. Keeping just the numbers and times in your subject line will also save space when you have lots of numbers to post.

Congrats on the yellow. Cleo sounds like she is adjusting just fine to all the testing and getting extra attention. :smile: Best wishes on your sugardance!

My Pet Supermarket did not carry PureBites. I will call Petco and Petsmart and maybe get to them tomorrow night. I bought Bonita Kitty Kavier, but she had no interest. My other guys thought it was delicious!
I am looking forward to and dreading at the same time our curve on Saturday. I will shut all bedroom doors, and hope she has a fairly empty bladder before I have to chase her down~

And I have not figured out how to connect my other posts - I will check out the tech forum tomorrow.

It is very helpful to have a couple of hoovers who will eat the failed experiments. :lol: :lol: To link to the previous post, copy the URL at the top of the page into the new condo tomorrow. Here is the URL of today's condo but with http in front of it.

You can also use the URL button and paste the link in the middle.
Paws crossed for the curve on Sat. Remember to breathe. Will chocolate help (for you). :-D

the 2nd one is working.....

if you want to change the name of your link.... for example to "yesterday's condo"
here are the instructions....

The way you make a fancy link is as follows:
• copy the location of the link from the top of your browser
• then, open a post and above the text box are button. Click on the button with URL inside;
• the following will be inserted at your cursor: .
• inside the first bracket, insert an = sign and then paste the location information of your link. It will look something like ;
• in between the two sets of brackets, type what you want to call the link. It will look something like this: [url=the http:// location of Reuben's condo from yesterday]Reuben's condo
