...and we have our typical +2 fuds spike. That's OK...with the show this weekend, it gives me one less thing to worry about. She's feeling awesome and feisty and radiant this morning.

Of course, though, there has to be something to worry about. Civvie Zen has pretty much no appy  . His demeanor, posture, and behavior are all appear to be perfectly normal - he's not meatloafing; he's social and outgoing and asking for attention and purring; he's not vomiting or frequenting the box. But late last evening I realized he only ate a small amount of his dinner - the eat in "installments" over the course of the evening, and after his first round, he didn't ask for any more. He didn't want to eat late last evening, either, and he was doing a little lip smacking when I offered him food, so obviously his tummy was bothering him. Today, he didn't smack when I offered food, and he actually did ASK for food a couple times, but so far the only thing he's actually eaten was a couple Greenies. Since he seems more interested today, I'm hoping that whatever this is is working out of his system quickly. Since I will be gone for over 12 hours tomorrow and can't keep tabs on him, I may haul him off to the vet tonight if he still doesn't want anything later today. He HAS had this happen a couple times before, and it has always been short-lived. Not that it is ever a good time for our babies to not feel well, but this is particularly bad timing.

Sending extra strong prayers out to Chyna and Cinco this morning...

I'm going to go hang out with Zen until I have to get ready for work....have a great day, LL.

Amy

Not a bad start for Trixie. Healing vines for Zen. Poor guy. I hope it is short lived and he is better. Cuddle your guy and keep us posted!

Re: 4/10 Trixie AMPS 120 +2 143

Zen just ate a little bit, so I am a somewhat relieved MamaBean. It wasn't much, but I was feeding Frankie when he came over and "requested" his bowl, so he chose to eat, rather than me having to coax him. He's sitting in the sink drinking from the faucet, now. Hopefully this little "thing", whatever it is/was, is on it's way out.

Morning Amy ~O) ~O) ~O)

Nice start for Trixie. A pretty low blue. Off tot eh lagoon Trixie? One has to love that +2 food spike, it was a Mannie specialty.

Feel better Zen! Hopefully it is just a short-term thing. Sounds like maybe? Nice that he chose to do so. GO ZEN!

Have a great day Amy, I hope all goes well.

Our first  in several days...tomorrow evening's planned dosecrease has been averted!

Zen hasn't asked for any more fuds, but he looks very relaxed and comfy basking in the sun. I think, hope, and pray this is just a little blip...he does have a very sensitive digestive tract, so these things can happen. I am on high alert, though....

Time to go set up for the bead show...I love shows, but right now I sooooo wish I could stay closer to home.

Hi Amy,
Hope that Zen feels back to normal by the time you have to leave. It is stressful enough leaving them when everyone is well. Pretty numbers for the pretty girl today! Surf it Miss Trix!
Have a good day :-D

Trixie, you look lovely in green today! Surf it safely!

Poor Zen (and poor worried bean)! My Sasha has a sensitive tummy, and when she does that I have to keep reminding myself it is normal for her, but since what happened with Kisa last year, a kitty not eating still sends a chill through me. She is almost always over it by the next day, or sooner. It's a great sign that Zen "requested" his bowl (love that!). Sending many good tummy vines!!

Good luck with the show. I hope it goes really well. Do you sell there, or just display?

Still in the greens...of course, the day before I have to be out for a loooooonnnng time! DH can be on call tomorrow if necessary.

Zen ate some dinner...not as much as I would like, but he ate, and it is early - plenty of time to hopefully eat more. Not much scares me more than a cat who won't eat. His demeanor, overall, is pretty normal - he was following me around, pawing me for attention, swatting at my pendant when I bent over to pet him - but his energy does seem a little low. Big sigh.

@Tricia - we do sell beads and our beading patterns at the show...it is fun, but lots of chatter and long.

Holding Rachel close this evening...we are so saddened and heavy-hearted by the loss of sweet little Chyna...

Nice slide for Trixie today. Sending good appy vines for Zen. I hope he's over whatever is bothering him.
