Yesterday's Condo

The kitties have clearly settled in. Gabby has been all snuggles except for having figured out that if she drapes herself over the oversized living room chair late in the day, she can sit in the sun and get a great view out of the window. Giz is close by in his cat tree. Gizmo, however, has re-discovered that dumping trash cans is great fun and to add novelty, that you can unroll ALL of the toilet paper. (He never did this as a kitten and I'm not sure what prompted the behavior now.) Silly kitten.

Silly kitten, indeed!!! :lol: Miss Gabby is looking very nice so far this morning. I'm hoping that she'll give you a very easy surf today. Have a great day!

I used to have a kitty that unrolled the toilet paper. She didn't shred it, except for the little tears her claws made as she spun it. I stopped the game by putting the roll on with the paper hanging down the back, instead of over the top. I still hang it that way. A lot of my friends give me grief about it when they visit, but I haven't had any unrolled since I started doing it, so I'm going to keep it that way!

Glad to hear that the kitties have adapted to their new home so quickly. It's always a concern when moving them, since they are such creatures of habit. Trust Gabby to find the best spot so quickly. :-D

Oh, Gizmo...you're quite the pickle aren't you? We finally had to buy trash cans with hinged lids because Jersey got quite a kick out of scattering trash. Thankfully, she decided it wasn't any fun to unroll the toilet paper anymore. Of course, now she's moved on to poking holes in the cushy toilet seats. :roll:
