I had a chat with him after his PMPS. I tried threats. Had no effect on him. Just sat there and purred.

They get plenty of hugs, kisses, small talk. Yes I talk to my cats. They don't argue back with me.
I'm waiting for my civie to get jealous from all the extra attention my sugar kitty gets.
