Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty has decided to take a little rest from all those greens of the last 2 days. The LagoonMeister needs a day off. All is well here. The nighttime and morning routines were fine. At the moment Rusty is enjoying a combing from his papabean.

Hi guys .. well, a day of rest is not such a bad thing .. so long as he's not resting tooooo much, if you get my drift! Enjoy your paddle!

'Morning Ella.....hope Rusty stays a beautiful blue today, while his beans enjoy a lovely day of paddling.

WooHOO! a paddle!!! Enjoy. how fun - the first paddle of the season.I hope it is fun, decent weather, and enjoyable time. THX for the link - it looks like a fantastic place. I like the name.

It is a nice start for Rusty today -mid blue. I suspect he will be back on lagoon duty soon.

Enjoy the day - it sounds wodnerful.

Hi Again,

Rusty was skating on thin ice for a while, but came up well for PMPS. We'll decide tomorrow what his dose should be on our drive to NY (he won't eat on these trips, so if he is too low tomorrow morning, I may do a BCS).

We spent the day getting ready for NY City. We are going to the opera on Thursday (Strauss' "Arabella"), having dinner with a friend on Friday, and working out in Prospect Park (Brooklyn) on Saturday, our old neighborhood, and also will go to the Saturday farmers' market in the Grand Army Plaza. Back home on Sunday. Rusty will post the NYC schedule for the kitties tomorrow evening.

April Fool on the paddle!!! :lol: :lol: I'm surprised that no one caught the gag, especially since I've been commentating on everything here being still iced in! And, Lake Tear of the Clouds--the source of the Hudson River--is more than half-way up Mt. Marcy (the highest mountain in New York State) and to get to the lake is a 16-mile hike/climb. That would be quite a canoe portage (although I think it has been done).

I thought your ice melted awfully fast. Heck, I'm still trying to get it melted away from my back door. :sad:

:lol: on the April Fool's. I'm not thinking about ice right now. We are higher than our normal temps. We hit 80 today.

VERY short break from the lagoon today....that's quite the +8.5, Rusty!!

LOL on the paddle prank...or was it wishful thinking??

Hi Ella. It looks like the pancreatitis has passed. I thought you were on the FPS list but it was confirmed at Rachel's condo. Nice green today. Is a reduction in your plans?
