Good afternoon!

This has been a crazy busy week so far, just like last week. I am sorry I have not had time to drop by any condos. I am working so hard to get this cat rescue, "Kitty Karma Refuge," funded by like-minded donors rather than me paying for all of it out of my retirement savings account. This week and last week has been a lot of letter writing, emails, and calls. So far, still no funds, and I am quickly going broke paying for all of Rocky's ongoing medical expenses.

And Rocky continues to float around in those pink numbers for more hours than I'd care to see:

He has now though dipped his toes in some blue numbers both last night and the night before after the dosecrease of .25u now at 2.25u. Unfortunately he does not recover very fast from touching those numbers in blue and his BG continues to goes right back up into the 300s. :cry: I have not had to feed him any other food to keep him from going into the green numbers, or going too low.

I suppose this is going to mean another dosecrease sometime in the next few days.

let's give him a little more time to settle into this dose and see if he can make it to green on it. Perhaps you could threaten him with an increase . . . sometimes that does amazing things!! :lol:

HI Julie,

Could this be the night that Rocky tries to revisit some of those green numbers? He's reached the first blue number at PMPS +2.

One REALLY bummer thing is that I'm almost out of his NVIV that I always feed him and instead what I have to give to him is the Nature's Variety Instinct Lamb, canned, of course. It's pouring rain outside right now, and my food chart info. is out on the car seat. I'm not going outside in my pajamas to fetch it :!: :lol:

I'm going to feed him the lamb at his PMPS +3 feeding. The lamb has 2% carbs whereas his NVIV has zero carbs. Maybe it will help him to coast in the blue numbers for awhile :?: :?: I PLANNING on that he will eat it.. I hope he likes the lamb! :lol:

I'll save that last can of zero carb food for tomorrow and then hopefully I can get to the store and pick up the case that I ordered for him. I just forgot to do it today. :roll:
