Edward enjoyed almost 24 hours in the lagoon yesterday - that might be a record for him! Unfortunately - and predictably - he then bounced up into the 300s by PMPS. I cannot express how much I despise these bounces - it feels like 1 step forward and 2 steps back, day after day. But on the bright side, it gave me the opportunity to sleep through the night, which I very much needed. After all, there didn't seem to be much point in waking up at 2am to get a +6 that I was reasonably sure would be in the 200s.

I hope you all are staying safe and healthy. Now's the time for self-care and stress management - please take care of yourselves with as much love and tenderness as you take care of your fur babies :bighug:

Lagoon = green, beach = blue. At least he was 24 hours likely under renal threshold.

As the stretches of good numbers get longer, that is a good sign that his body is getting used to those numbers.:)

I liked well timed bounces. In other words, at night so I could sleep. I think I mentioned before that it took Neko a year to stop bouncing to red. I think pretty much all of us have had bouncy cat at some point in their FD journey. Use those bounce cycles to sleep or do something for yourself. One of the members here used to call them "permission slips".
