WE HAS GREEN!!    It's amazing what a difference it makes when the bean doing the shooting knows what he's doing! ;-)
Poor Cinco has just decided that it's too much trouble to move around with that stupid collar on, so he basically stays in one place all the time. The past couple of days he's been in the family room, and I just don't think that's the best place for him, since his beds, his water dispenser and his giant litter box are all in the living room, and he's more familiar with the layout there. So much as I like having him in the same vicinity as me when I'm on the computer or in the kitchen, after he finished his second breakfast this morning, I took him into the living room and put him down in front of his water dispenser. It's a smaller one, so he can drink out of it with the cone on. He immediately had a good, long drink. He eventually wandered back to this hidey hole and is sleeping there now. I think he's much more comfortable in there, even though it makes the already complicated process of testing and medicating him even harder. Better it's hard for me than hard for him, though.
All else is status quo here. Sasha seems to be completely over her cold (knock on wood), but I keep the humidifier going in our room, anyway, as I think it will help with her allergies, and Minka's COPD, when she's in there.
My sister and two friends are arriving Thursday and Friday for our big wine tasting weekend in the Sierra foothills. Yes, poor Cinco and Minka will be off to the vet's for boarding over the weekend. Shhhh. Don't tell them!! ;-) They now put diabetic cats in the hospital section, where they have eyes on them 24/7, so Cinco will be there and Minka in the regular cat condos. With the collar, I'm glad he'll have someone around to help him eat and drink.
So glad the DH is home and our schedule is back to "normal".
Now I have to get my workout done and run some errands.
Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans. Many extra poo and appy vines to Chyna and hugs to Rachel. :YMHUG:
Congrats and good luck to the kitties on OTJ trials, especially Freddie, and Hooray for Samantha on completing hers successfully! :RAHCAT
