ive upped Baileys units today to 4.5u as we still weren't getting anywhere at 4u after the 6th cycle.
ive also had the fructosimine reading results from sat at the vets which has gone up from last time to 600. im gutted as I thought we were at least getting somewhere when clearly were not.weve had better readings today and yesterday so im just saying my prayers!!

I wouldn't worry about the fructosamine. How is Bailey feeling?

hes been really good today.playing abit.weed only 3 imes in 24 hours , drinking not as bad and hes poopied! I think weve got along way to go but I keep thinking its another day nearer to getting him better!!

not sure if you know that the numbers on the fructosamine are on a different scale than how we measure blood sugar. so it doesn't mean his blood sugar average is 600. those two things don't compare. yes, he's higher than anyone wants, but let's just keep focused on increasing at appropriate intervals. you're doing this the safe way.

good job on the increase, anna! i'm glad to hear he's feeling pretty good - that's very important.
