You can bring back your scheduled time by either 15 minutes a cycle or 30 minutes a day. So you are an 1 1/2 hours off schedule?

With a bit more data, you will be able to shoot a 200. Since you are so new to Lantus and not a lot of data yet, the thing to do would have been to stall for 20 minutes without feeding and see if he came up.

So, the earliest you would be able to shoot tonight would be at +11.5 from the time you shot this AM . Then you would work you way back by increments of 15 a cycle or 30 minutes a day to regain your scheduled time again.

Adding, as Bobbie says, the more data you gather on how he responds to Lantus under different circumstances, it'll be easier to make these calls. Eventually you'll be shooting numbers this low and lower with no problem, but you're still in the data-gathering stage now.
